You\u2019ll review and negotiate client and supplier contracts, ensuring Viper Innovations operates on robust, risk-managed terms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you\u2019ll provide clear commercial guidance, support contract delivery, and help manage contractual risk throughout the contract lifecycle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities Include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review tender and contract documentation, identifying risks and preparing clarifications\/exceptions.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate client and supplier terms to achieve commercially sound outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Review purchase orders and contract changes to ensure alignment with agreed terms.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and manage NDAs and support accurate contract filing and record keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contracts for opportunities (e.g., extensions, renewals, variations, rate escalations).<\/li>\n<li>Support due diligence on customers and suppliers and provide early input on disputes where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Produce clear, timely documentation and updates for internal stakeholders and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work cross-functionally to manage contract actions and promote consistent processes and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br class=\"\" \/><strong>What We Are Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience providing commercial\/contractual support across the contract lifecycle (tender to close-out).<\/li>\n<li>Strong contract review and negotiation capability (client and supplier terms).<\/li>\n<li>Confident stakeholder management and ability to influence risk-based decisions across technical and non-technical teams.<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; Desirable, but not essential:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in engineering, subsea, oil &amp; gas, rail, or similarly regulated\/technical sectors.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of contract risk management and due diligence approaches for customers and suppliers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><br class=\"\" \/><strong>What\u2019s in it for you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>26 days holiday<\/strong> plus bank holidays (with the option to buy or sell 5 additional days)<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive <strong>private medical healthcare scheme<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Life assurance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Attractive <strong>contributory pension scheme<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cycle to work scheme\/volunteering scheme\/electric car scheme <\/strong>available<\/li>\n<li><strong>Hybrid &amp; flexible working arrangements:<\/strong>We offer a balanced hybrid working model, with three days based in the office and two days working remotely.
