We’re passionate about sustainable choices too, with our cycle-to-work scheme promoting healthier commutes. For extra peace of mind, we also offer private healthcare. And because wellbeing is about connection as much as care, we host regular events throughout the year to bring people together and support each other.

By encouraging curiosity, developing skills, and providing real-world opportunities, we aim to ensure a strong pipeline of talent for the future. This helps us create a business that operates seamlessly within the industry, with skilled people ready to take on the challenges of the future.
The land was acquired for carbon sequestration, supporting Viper’s goal to offset its carbon footprint and contribute to the UK’s 2050 net zero target. In partnership with the Forestry Commission, Viper will plant over 9,000 trees across most of the pasture. One field will be rewilded with wildflowers, while an existing orchid bank will be preserved.
This project will expand woodland, enhance biodiversity, and create a rich, protected habitat for wildlife.
